Mark William Jones is Assistant Professor in History at University College Dublin. He is among the leading English language historians of modern Germany and a recognized authority on the history of the Weimar Republic. 1923 will be his first English language trade book.
About the Chair
Sir Richard Lambert
Sir Richard Lambert is Chairman of Bloomsbury Publishing, and the Chair of the Bradford Literature Festival board. Richard was the editor of the Financial Times from 1991 to 2001; a member of the Bank of England Monetary Policy Committee from 2003 to 2006, and Director General of the CBI from 2006 to 2011. He served as Chancellor of Warwick University from 2008 to 2016 and the Chairman of the British Museum from 2014 to 2021.
